Learning begins at birth. Young children from birth to age three have a tremendous ability for brain growth and development. Researchers have identified the early learning partner as a key role in helping children grow into successful adults.

BV PAAC Kollege

The Bronze Villagers (BV) Parents of African American Children (PAAC) Kollege engages parents in activities that help them understand early childhood development and learn more about the critical role they play in the growth and development of their child’s brain. Researchers have determined that 80% of brain development happens by age 3!

Bronze Villagers PAAC Kollege participants will

develop simple learning resources that they can use with their child on a daily basis.
develop skills that researchers have shown to make a difference in the school success of children.
become aware of free and low-cost resources that they can access to help their child enter school with foundational skills that will help the child soar in reading and mathematics
